'a typical fresh and summerly dish: salad pasta! you just cook 'fusilli' and mix it with chopped tomatoes and mozzarella, fresh basil, dark olives and peans, then you add salt and flavour it with abundant olive oil. we ate it outside in our balcony. this dish is hot weather associated, nearly a classic. summer has arrived!'
