as usual, i saw everything through my camera and only had eyes for my baby, so i had time to notice her friends only later, when al showed us the fim he made on tv at home. what a typical mom, huh? i also cried the whole time, which is very typical too. that's me, an emotional, proud mom! LOL
the kids debuted with a few poems and then the show went on with songs, one of them in english.
they went on with a few dance coerographies then, holidays themed, of course, like this one of the stars:
my favorite one was the snowmen dance, because it was very creative and fun and it also showed the kids ludic aspect better.
i'm happy to have witnessed such a special event, but i'm happier because alice really enjoyed herself, which is the most important thing after all. she loved it all, the learning part, the reharsals, the complicity about the show details she revelaed to me at home -and which were supposed to be secrets - the performance itself. such a radiant face of hers was a joy to see!
she's officially on holiday now and tomorrw morning, when she'll wake up, she will find out what an earlier santa left for her under the tree. the disney princess newest miniature castle. to compensate such an earlier event, i told her santa will deliver a few new things once we'll be in egypt on christmas day. they'll have to be small and easy things to take with us in our trolley, no need to tell her why of course, as santa can everything, can't he? LOL she chose a book and a dvd and we wrote an extra letter for those. lots of imagination here but, once again, all moms use it, don't they? :)
So lovely! I also cry a lot when my little boy acts on the nursery shows!
