Schools will open on September 13 here in this region. Only less than 3 weeks left and little Alice will kick off her elementary adventure. The teachers haven't provided a list of school suppliers yet, but I couldn't go wrong by sticking with the basics, taking advantage of back-to-school sales too.
She wanted Thinkerbelle to be the theme of her accessories, but she couldn't chose her uniform. It has to be rigorous blue. School uniforms are a norm in Italy and I agree with them. They're a great way to maintain a level of sociality equality among the students. They build a sense of loyalty to the school and team spirit. And they encourage a sense of discipline, too.
Way to go, Alice! :)
I agree - uniforms are great for elementary school. I think it "makes you" belong in lack of a better word. And this one is pretty darn cute!!
