Around the neighborhood - Part 2

With Alice in Elementary School, I adaptded to a different part of the neighborhood I was not familiar with. It seems to me that this part of the city I live in has many faces, and what's better than going out  armed with a camera trying to capture them all? That's what I did this morning. It was freezing, winter is definitely here, and I had a hard time shooting because of my watery eyes (it seems that I'm allergic to cold), but here's what I managed. There're a few interesting shots over here!

A typical corner building here in Trieste.

Perugino square

Old vs. new

Shops gallery

Enchanting passage

Quintessential windows, Bora wind tested :)

 Alice's school

Creepy and mysterious old door ... I'm fascinated by doors!

 Another lovely corner building

And here I am, hidden but still visible in the reflections, of one of my favorite bakeries, in front of a delicious myriad of freshly baked panettone. I bought one, of course. It's never too early to enjoy the Christmas spirit! :)

  1. Yum! panettone!! One of the highlights of Christmas time :o) They import them here in Guatemala from Italy. They're quite expensive, but a true and delicious worthy joy.
Lovely pictures!! I love the old buildings; if only they could tell what they've seen...
    have a great day!
